1. 개요
1940년 개봉한 다즈니 애니메이션 피노키오의 사운드트랙이다. 리 할라인과 네드 워싱턴, 폴 J. 스미스가 작곡했다.1940년 2월 9일 When You Wish Upon a Star, Give a Little Whistle, I've Got No Strings 만이 수록된 앨범이 발매되었다. 1938~1939년 녹음 완성 과정에서 음악 트랙과 보컬 트랙이 합성되었고 분리된 트랙은 보존을 위해 1950년대 마그네틱 릴 테이프에 복제되었으나 존재가 잊혀져 사라진 것으로 알려졌다. 이후 1992년 1월 디즈니의 필름 저장소에서 사운드트랙이 발견되었고 디지털 리마스터링을 거쳐 1992년 전체 앨범이 발매되었다.[1] 또한 2015년 월트 디즈니 레코드: 더 레거시 컬렉션이 발매되었다.
