SCR의 중앙역으로 엄청나게 크고 아름답다. Waterline을 제외한 모든 노선이 거쳐가거나 종착하는 역이기에 이 역에 들리면 열차를 적어도 1대 정도는 볼수 있다.[2]
역 근처에 매우 높은 SCR의 본사 건물과 Great Stepford Railway의 사옥이 있다.
역의 남부 출입구에서 왼쪽으로 돌아 5분 정도를 걸으면 Stepford Connect의 본사 건물이 나온다.[3] 이 건물 역시 매우 높다.
역의 남부 출입구 앞에 지구본을 업고 있는 동상[4]이 하나 있는데, 그 동상을 타고 위로 올라가면 뱃지를 준다.
2.0 업데이트로 역 인테리어가 일부 바뀌었고, 역 앞 광장에 2024년 7월 15일 사망한 Stece_Sama의 동상이 생겼다.[5] 그러나, 업데이트되면서 유구한 역사(?)를 자랑하던 Central Mall이 사라졌다. 이에 따라 Central Mall이 Main Approach로, Approach Road는 Airlink Side로 변경됐다.
Airlink Side나 South Concourse에서 남쪽으로 쭉 걸어가면 Stepford Victoria역에 갈 수 있다. 그래서 Stepford Victoria역까지 걸어가는게 훨씬 더 빠르다.
현실의 런던 워털루역과 흡사한 부분이 많다. 아마 모티브를 따온 듯하며, 과거에는 맨체스터 피카딜리역을 베이스로 했다.
1.1.0 버전에 Tramlink 용으로 추정되는 승강장이 지하에서 발견됐었다.[6]
타는곳 11번과 12번 사이에 라운지가 있는데, 안에 피아노가 있다. 의자에 앉으면 연주할 수 있다.[7]
팁 겸 사담으로, Stepford Express 열차를 타고 싶은 플레이어(승객)이나, 1~9번 승강장으로 배정될 것 같은 발차원은 Airlink Side로 가는 것보다 Main Approach을 통해서 스폰하는게 더 빠르다. 보통 1~3번 승강장에서 Stepford Express 열차들이 시/종착하는데, Airlink Side는 11~15번 승강장과 가깝기 때문. 그 탓에 다리도 한번 오르내려야 하니, 시간이 급하다 싶으면 Main Approach에서 스폰하는 것이 더 편하다. ~~Airlink나 Connect는 상황에 따라 다르지만, 보통 Airlink Side로 가면 된다. 발차원이 한 명이라도 Stepford Central역에 있다면 말이다.~~
이 게임에서 첫번째로 유일하게 필수정차하는역이다.

[1] 출입 또한 불가능하다. 선로를 뛰어넘어 들어갈 수 있긴 하나, 규정 위반이기에 QD+ 직급들은 처벌을 받을 수도 있다. [2] 단 웬만한 포인트가 쌓인게 아니면 보통 ~~357형을 모는 지연의 주범인 뉴비가 타는~~ Connect 열차가 오기에 재수 없으면 Connect 열차만 볼 수 있다. 그나마 사람이 많은 서버로 가면 Express도 적지 않게 들어온다. [3] 거리로만 따지면 Stepford East역에서 더 가깝지만, 중간에 강이 가로막고 있어서 갈 수가 없다. [4] Mind the Gap 제작자이자 게임의 PDV였던 yrrebRBLX(알렉스 베리)의 동상이다. Berrily역의 역명은 이 사람의 이름에서 유래했다. [5] 추모를 위해서인지 게임 내 존재하는 다른 동상들과 달리 올라갈 수 없도록 투명 파트로 막혀있다. [6] 당시 Stepford Central역 대합실에 지하로 내려가는 통로가 하나 있었다. 그 통로를 따라 내려가면 지하에 Tramlink 용으로 추정되는 승강장이 있었다. 발견 당시 사진은 남아있지 않으며 그 다음 업데이트에서 바로 사라진 것으로 추정. [7] 직접 연주하는 건 아니고 노래가 랜덤하게 재생된다.
